PHALANX was introduced to streamline depot processes and equipment returns are processed within seconds of customer trucks pulling into the depot. Returns process triggers any required repairs and equipment is then made available to be allocated to the next delivery.


Engineers are able to manage and maintain more equipment during each shift and back office systems are updated to match the physical location of equipment. As such, real-time visibility has improved utilisation and customer service.
