Vanguard provides on-site support for operations staff to ensure a successful transition from paper-based working to PHALANX - one hour’s training and one day’s support is all you need. If required, we can also provide a Vanguard trained engineer to support your users on site for the first day of operation.
Before launch, we set up and deliver a short training session for all PHALANX users – either directly, or using a ‘train-the-trainer’ approach. Our courses are designed to minimise the impact on day-to-day operations.
